Dr. Idha Kristiana is an AI researcher, data architect, and digital innovation practitioner with extensive experience across financial services, enterprise analytics, and large-scale digital transformation. She specializes in combining advanced AI research with practical, real-world implementation, bringing together expertise in machine learning, decision intelligence, data strategy, and system integration. With a strong background in both industry and academia, she has led initiatives related to digital modernization, data-driven decision-making, and organizational AI adoption. Academically, Idha is completing her Doctor of Computer Science with research focused on AI-driven behavioral modeling and intelligent decision systems, integrating modern AI architectures and experimentation frameworks. She has contributed to international publications and actively supports AI literacy and digital capability development through teaching and speaking engagements.
